Appearance: the product must be made of fresh, ripe and clean vegetables, free from foreign particles and damage caused by disease and pests. The product must be loose frozen, free from ice. The heads must be of uniform size and typical uniform color, free from bare stalks.

Impurities: clean goods, without mineral impurities of a plant origin, free of traces of the application of pesticides, no other impurities accepted.

This produce doesn’t have OGM’s(Regalement CE 1829/2003 e 1830/2003 and don’t have allergenic substances(Directive 2003/89/CE),produced under proper hygiene conditions. It meets all requirements provided by sanitary authorities and fit for human consumption.

Consistence: hard frozen

Smell and taste: characteristic for variety, without other smells and tastes.
